Hi there, thanks for getting in touch! Have u had your Nikon connected to the adapter yet, and if so have you had any results good or bad? Your Nikon will be fine for digiscoping as will your scope. Let me know how you have it all connected & then I'll be able to help more :) Danny

Thanks Danny for replying, i connect the nikon d3200 by the 52mm ring what comes in the adaptor kit, i screw the ring on to the lens and place the camera onto the scopes eye piece, but firslty i set up the spotting scope so there is a clear image at 20x 0r 30x then id set the camera onto the eye piece and  i use the manual mode on the camera to get a finer image, but when i go take a picture it comes out all blurry or dark, not worth keeping, i like to take long distance pictures, but havent had any luck yet, this is my first dslr after some research, so im new to the hobby.

That's good. There's nothing wrong with your connection. Have u checked the diopter on ur cameras viewfinder? If the scope is in focus when u put the camera on then the camera should appear focused thru the viewfinder if the diopter is set correctly. If images appear blurry then adjust ur diopter until things are clearer. Dark images are prob due to the aperture of the system. Don't zoom above 30x if u can help it also. The aperture on ur system will be around f12 I should think, so u must pick the best days to digiscope or be prepared to increase ur ISO to help with exposure. Does this help at all?! Regards, Danny :)

Thanks Danny, ill try that out i will, i thought about investing in a nikon af-s dx 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6g ed vr camera lens for the nikon d3200 is this a wise choice or will i be wasting money, i wanna try and take pictures of deer at long distance say about 1 kilometre is this possible or am i best of stalking in closer. is there any good photoshop software made for the nikon d3200 too?

A massive zoom lens would be no good to digiscope with. You've hit the nail on the head tho, get as close as you can always, but with deer you won't need to be too close as they're a good size! Just practise lots. Digiscoping takes a while to master, and all the best digiscopers have spent years learning. Make sure the sun is always behind you, lighting your subject. Patience & Practise will make perfect my friend :)
