Can I get an adaptor to use my Olympus E600 with the Celestron scope ??

Hi Peter, 

Welcome to Dannys Digiscoping Forum!

I believe the Regal scopes come with an adapter that attaches to the eyepiece. With this adapter attached it will give you a 42mm male thread to attach things to!

Your camera could attach to THIS 

Then it would just need attaching to the adapter on the Regal. I have no idea how the camera will react to not having a lens attached as such though, so it should work but I cant guarantee it. The camera and lens talk to each other a lot.

Failing that you could use a 58mm-T2 step down ring. See THIS link.

This ring would screw onto the thread on your 14-42mm lens, and then attach it to the Regal adapter. This time the camera will work as it should as the lens is still attached, but I don't know about vignetting, so again you would need to try it to see if it works.

hi, i have a similiar setup, i have the celestron regal F-ED100 and i use the 42mm  adapter as sugested but on a Olympus e520, you have to use manual focus, and definatly want a remote, hope this helps
