Yes,

I believe so.

When you have all your bits then take a look at this website

http://www.mydigiscopingphotos.webs.com/

Barry is another friend of mine and he digiscopes with a Nikon DSLR. He'll be able to help you.

Digiscoping with a DSLR isn't easy to start with, so give it plenty of time to learn and you'll succeed :)

Best wishes

Danny.

Hi!

I believe Olivon maka a DSLR adapter. You will need to get a Nikon T2 mount to connect your camera to the adapter, and then you'll need to use your Nikon in manual mode.

Follow this link for the DSLR adapter

http://www.opticalhardware.co.uk/olivon-accessories.htm

You will be able to find a Nikon T2 mount at "Jack the Hat" photographic

http://www.jackthehat.co.uk/

Your Canon will not be suitable for digiscoping as it the zoom is to big. Normally only compacts with a optical zoom of no greater than 5x will work.

I'm pretty sure the guys at Viking will not be able to sell you an Olivon adapter for your scope as they will probably only have Viking equipment to sell you.

See how you get on.

Take a look at this site

Rob is a friend of mine and digiscopes with Olivon equipment. Tell him I've sent you his way and hopefully he'll help too. If not, come back and I'll do my best to get you going.

I hope this helps,

Good Luck!

Danny.
